Shipping Rates
All our parcels are shipped out with Standard Worldwide Delivery.
Due to recent developments, we are proud to announce we now offer FREE SHIPPING for almost all Asia, and also for Australia and New Zealand !
Except those zones, we only charge flat rate 25 USD$ for all around the world!
Estimated Delivery Time
We use EMS and DHL as reputable international freight companies.
We endeavour to pick, pack and ship your purchases within 24-48 hours of order placement.
Luz de Ibiza does not operate over the weekend. As such, orders placed after Close of Business (Bali Time) Friday evening throughout the weekend will not be addressed until the following Monday morning.
We wish to provide our customers with fast and reliable international shipping and aim to have your orders to you within 3 – 10 business days from shipment.
Shipping Address
To ensure you receive your order safely and successfully, all our parcels must be signed for upon delivery.
For fuss free delivery, please ensure you fill out your shipping details clearly and completely.
In the event the recipient will not be present to sign for the parcel, the customer may nominate for someone else to sign and accept the parcel on his or her behalf.
Luz de Ibiza will not be held responsible for parcels that are lost in transit or experience failed delivery attempts for any reason.
Taxes and Duties
Luz de Ibiza takes no responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed during the importation into your country.
These costs are made at the discretion of your local postal service and are out of our control.
While we will endeavour to inform all our customers regarding relevant import restrictions that we are aware of, understanding such restrictions and the payment of any associated costs is considered the responsibility of the purchaser/receiver.
